Fillet of salmon, poached and served with our home made
tomato and fresh herb sauce
Pork Loin Steak
A boneless pork steak grilled and served with home made
barbecue sauce
Chicken with Cheese & Bacon
A boneless chicken fillet grilled and served topped with a
rasher of back bacon and melted cheese
Steak & Ale Pie
Tender pieces of  beef steeped in real ale with onions, slow
cooked and baked in the oven with a puff pastry crust.
