Pub Quizzes	Monthly on the Last Thursday of the Month
These fun quizzes take place on the last Thursday of every month, and the proceeds are used to subsidise the Alkington Firework Party. Bring the family, many of our teams come early to enjoy a meal first. Quizzes start at 8:00 p.m., and generally finish at about 10 p.m., Entry is £4.00 per team of four.

Christmas Parties 2008	Menus for Christmas Parties will appear on this site from 30th August 2008
We serve our two or course festive menu at from 12 noon to 6 p.m., and our three course menu from 12 noon to 10 p.m. every day during December. Booking is necessary to ensure we have room for your party.

Alkington Parish Firework Party	Friday 31st October 2008
An astounding professional firework display to music organised by local parisioners for the local community. The evening commences a 6:00 p.m., when Mulled wine and Drinks for the children are served followed by the firework display set to music, then the lighting of the bonfire followed by supper.
